AthenaHealth CCD Download

1. Login at: Patient Portal by athenahealth.
https://8563.portal.athenahealth.com/?section=welcome&navkey=Home

2. Click on “Tasks and Tools”.

3. More options will open under the “Tasks and Tools” on left Navigation bar. Then Click on “Download Health Data”.

4. Click “Download” button.

5. Once you click the download button you receive both, a pdf as well as an xml version of your records. This will have the name “Your_Name_AmulatorySummary_2016-01- 01_111111.xml”. Name it as something meaningful you’ll remember.

6. Remember the folder where the .XML file from step 5 is stored, as you will need it to upload to ZibdyHealth.

1. Login to your ZibdyHealth account.
2. From account page – click on personal information page.
3. From personal information page – click on consolidate medical records.
4. Click on browse button and navigate to the file you would like to upload.
5. Select records you would like to upload then click import button.

6. You are done!
